Understanding Credentialing
Physician credentialing can be a time-consuming, costly and sometimes a frustrating process. At Simplex Credentialing LLC, we strive to make your process as simple as possible!
Whether you’re starting your own practice, or adding a Provider to your established group, we will assist you through out the entire process from start to finish.
The process of credentialing begins with a request to join the insurance panel. Once we receive a response from the insurance after application submission, insurances may then process and review Provider’s profiles from an estimated 60-120 days. While the applications are in the processing state, we will provide you regularly with updates on progress until the process is over.

Initial Practice Set Up Fee (Includes NPI & CAQH set up) – $300
Credentialing Application Fee Per Insurance Panel (Per Provider) – $275
Re-credentialing Fee Per Insurance Panel (Per Provider) – $200
Demographic Update Fee per Health Insurance Plan – $175
Provider Addition To Contract Fee per Health Insurance Plan – $175
